From the very beginning of our activity related to the production of various types of fastening systems, there was a need for powder coating and therefore we have considerable professional experience in this segment. Over the years, the need to automate this process has made it possible to make offers to other companies. We have an automatic line for applying primers and paints designed for painting small-size elements. The most important process ensuring the highest quality is proper surface preparation before painting. For this purpose, we have an automated degreasing system using ultrasonic technology, which additionally applies a protective layer to the surface. If it is necessary to renovate elements or eliminate rust, we use abrasive blasting with fine steel shot, commonly known as sandblasting. We use a manual booth to handle smaller orders or larger items. Many years of experience allow us to access the full RAL color palette of all available manufacturers of powder coatings and non-standard colors.
